Client Experience Department Overview
The Client Experience team is responsible for driving successful events to the finish line. While support may be required by another department to complete these, the Client Experience team is responsible for leading the way and guiding project teams from inception to successful completion. Our team members share a passion for delivering high end solutions in a fast paced team environment to prove themselves as a valuable part of a high growth organization.

  • Primary point of contact for our Clients, communicating proactively with overall project teams on all aspects of a project.
  • Guide the project team in the creation and execution of Budgets and Change Orders.
  • Identify requirements and develop the overall event plan to include Crowd Management, Staffing Plans and Dot Maps including initiating Requests of Proposals (RFPs) and coordinating with third party vendors on behalf of the project and client.
  • Manage client relations, internal project teams, and vendors while onsite at projects.
  • Execute and lead onsite deliverables such as Daily Briefings, Incident Management & Daily Reports
  • Develop and socialize project After Action Reports (AARs) with clients and the extended project team.
  • Gather feedback from the extended project team through a variety of channels, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.

While the day to day of this role is remote based, travel to support meetings, site-visits, and events is required (up to 10 concurrent days).

Role Responsibility Highlights
The position of Business Operations Manager, Client Experience, at Stratoscope Consulting is a key role for our project team’s support. As a part of the Client Experience department, a dedicated individual is needed to support the Senior Director by providing overall division project management support from managing timelines to producing reports and various tasks as assigned. This position requires an organized, experienced project management professional able to support the project team through the planning lifecycle and overall management of the division. The successful individual will be data driven with a strong project and business management background.

Required Traits/Qualifications
Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starters that are capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Work with the project leads to identify timelines and goals.
  • Develop process and reporting to assist the division become more efficient.
  • Support the division in all technology related efficiencies.
  • Assist in the development of proposals with new and existing clients.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
The following identifies the requirements and the experience needed to be successful in this position.

  • 2-3 years of Project Management and/or Business Analytics experience.
  • Large corporate event experience is a plus.
  • Experience working as part of a team in a primarily remote setup.
  • Experience managing budgets and expense tracking.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced team environment contributing to the success of each event, regardless of size and scale.
