Client Case Studies

Under the direction of our team, the NCAA was able to host 296 events despite the pandemic. Together, we developed a plan to ensure that attendees could achieve their goals to become NCAA Champions. We remain the current security consultant for all NCAA events.
The overall effort resulted in a very successful deployment of the guest screening in 2019, two years prior to the Southeastern Conference (SEC) mandate to implement guest screening.
Our Security Concept of Operations (CONOPS) planning process and integrated document development significantly assisted Mercedes-Benz Stadium to achieve DHS Safety Act DT&E designation five months after the stadium opened in 2017 which was the first for an NFL Stadium.
When the Chase Center team was faced with the need to fill a vacancy in their Executive Management team, we provided our lead, Calvin Graber, to begin a 6 month engagement as the acting head of security until the Warriors were able to successfully recruit and hire the current VP of Security.
Because of the strong relationship with Salesforce, the Stratoscope team was pressed into action in the spring of 2018 to provide event security for the Opus run Salesforce World Tour events.
Under Stratoscope’s direction, Salesforce has experienced a new standard to the Dreamforce conference by developing a truly temporary Event Operations Center including 100+ temporary high megapixel cameras to provide situational awareness.
The bombing incident at the Ariana Grande concert in 2017 was significant for many reasons. From an event security perspective, there were many lessons learned from the Manchester Arena incident that have improved the safety of events across the world.
ApeFest is a first-of-its-kind crypto event hosted annually by Yuga Labs for their Bored Ape Yacht Club members. Organizers partnered with our team to develop the overall security posture for the event. Due to the high visibility of this event and the possibility of protestors, we also deployed our new intelligence monitoring service.
